We were pleasantly surprised by the tranquility despite the central location - a true haven amidst the bustle. The breakfast spread was satisfying, fueling us for a day of city adventures. What truly sets Coclea Relais apart is its attention to family needs. the staff not only guided us to nearby parking but also facilitated a small discount at Da Fabio, a culinary gem adjacent to the hotel. As an Italian who values heritage, it was heartwarming to see the hotel cater to families through thoughtful gestures and a warm, inclusive atmosphere. For families seeking a touch of Italian welcome in the heart of Florence, Coclea Relais is a charming choice.
